Terms of Reference

  1. The role of the Board is to:
to make recommendations on the salaries and conditions of service which should be operative in Catholic schools based on the functions and responsibilities of employees as determined by the employer
in making a recommendation the Board will provide a rationale for such recommendation
to review those salaries and conditions from time to time
to submit these recommendations to the Commission which will consider them in the light of the capacity of schools to pay, the salaries of comparable employees in government schools in Victoria and in Catholic schools in other states/territories.
