Dangerous Goods Act 1985 (Vic)	The Dangerous Goods Act 1985 (Vic) sets out the general duties for the manufacture, storage, transport, transfer, sale and use of dangerous goods and the import of explosives into Victoria. The Act also enables regulations to be made about dangerous goods.
Dangerous Goods (Storage and Handling) Regulations 2012 (Vic)	The Dangerous Goods (Storage and Handling) Regulations 2012 (Vic) are defined in the Dangerous Goods Act 1985 and are classified in the Australian Code for the Transport of Dangerous Goods and by Road and Rail according to their common hazardous properties.
